Came here for 2 night stay, had a very pleasant experience. The room I booked was tastefully decorated with kitchenette. Location: the hotel was right by the park and restaurants, and Town Centre and highways. Actually everything was good, my next choice again in Hope...

I did not like 1. It's not on Trans Canada as what the claim it was in water avenue in town. 2. The clerk was not able to gave us directions to the motel. 3. Internet was broken " yesterday". 4. Sauna was not working. 5. Swimming pool was covered up with the tarp which we were allowed to removed and when we moved the corner of the tarp the water was dirty, which made us wonder when was the last time the ph level was checked. 6. Hot tub was not working. 7. The room was musky, luckily I had air spray so I sprayed the room to smell better.

The room was spacious, clean, very comfortable beds, and had a gas fireplace. The location was quiet and the Manager/Owner was very friendly. The location was convenient. We would definitely stay here on our next trip.

The hotel room was clean and quiet. Location was convenient for walking into Hope. Everything in the room and bathroom worked fine.
There was too much furniture in the room, which made it harder to fully use the space. There was an extra desk under the coatrack/hanger location and an extra lamp thrown in.

Our family and friend group own motorhomes or campers and there were a huge group staying at the camp ground accross the road for the thanksgiving weekend...so those of us who do not own units stay in surrounding motels and spend the day and evening with our group at the camp site ...coming back to the comfort of the motel for the night...this motel has an indoor hot tub and swimming pool that we used on our last visit...this time we never returned early enough to use it as it closes at 10pm...The motel has a fridge and microwave and coffee maker...great shower...lots of pressure.
The microwave did not work and was replaced by another microwave without an inside tray...the pillows were not great...and I prefer that the sink be in the same room as the rest of the bathroom ...but others would like this set up with the sink in the main part of the motel....This is a basic motel and the price is reflected in what you get....the location close to the camp ground is the selling feature for us.

This is a low end budget motel. We booked online. It said it had a kitchen, spa tub as well as a pool so we were ok paying almost as much as we would have payed to stay at the Harrison resort. The hotel was gruby and the room had nothing they said it had. When I complained the owners could not speak English. The hotel had a drunk out of town labour worker next door that was paying one fourth what I payed. This is a 50 dollar motel at best.

Location is very convenient, the indoor pool and spa are nice and relaxing, and the room was spacious in a quiet environment.
The staff is a little bit lazy, not too friendly.
